In the afternoon of July 26, 2016, Bin Han, party secretary of Haikou FTZ, accompanied by Xinhong Liu, deputy director of Haikou FTZ Administrative Committee, and others, visits HPB Project in Haikou FTZ. Hao Wu, deputy general manager of HPB, cordially receives and accompanies the team.

The inspection team visits the NGTC lab located in the Multiple-use Building of the HPB Project. The technicians introduce jewelry testing process and testing equipment in the lab, and deeply discuss diamond cutting process and inlay techniques with Bin Han.

During the visit, Hao Wu introduces the exploration efforts of HPB on the mode "direct marketing of bonded factories", and the leaders give full recognition to this pioneering development. Bin Han points out that HPB should make good use of existing resources and combine with the inherent advantages of the Hainan International Tourism Island, to develop diamond industrial tourism and create new market demand.
