In the morning of July 6, 2017, Mr. Li Zhijie, the Chairman of CCPIT Hainan Sub-council, Visited HPB with the purpose of doing a research, and received a warm reception from Mr. Zhang, the chairman of HPB. Mr. Zhang showed Mr. Li around, such as the exhibition hall of the multi-purpose building, NGTC lab and the security center, and gave a brief introduction in HPB’s diamond jewelry project, diamond jewelry making process and diamond grading standards of 4C. The chairmen had a further discussion in bonded to duty-free business, pilot Shanghai-Haikou integrated customs clearance process, and diamond test process.

Mr. Li expressed that the main purpose of this research is to know development of HPB’s diamond jewelry project, to provide enterprises with corresponding services in line with their demands, and to assist enterprises in seizing opportunities to promote development.
