In the morning of March 13, Mr. Ding Hui, Vice Secretary of CPC Haikou Municipal Committee and Mayor of Haikou Municipal People’s Government visited HPB for a survey, accompanied with Mr. Sun Shiwen, Vice-Mayor of Haikou Municipal People’s Government, Mr. Han Bin, Party Secretary of Haikou FTZ, Mr. Liu Huiping, Director of Haikou FTZ Administrative Committee and other key officers of Haikou FTZ.

Guided by Mr. Zhang Baojun, Chairman of HPB, Mr. Ding Hui toured the display hall and NGTC lab, and gained a thorough comprehension of industrial structure and recent development plan of HPB’s Diamond & Jewelry Industrial Park as well as diamond processing and testing procedures.

Mayor Ding Hui expressed his view that this survey is to know business development, industrial difficulties and demands for policies of enterprises through in-depth corporate communication. At the same time, Mr. Ding Hui said that HPB shall accelerate construction of the Diamond & Jewelry Project, and make good use of Shanghai and Haikou Integrated Customs Clearance Policy to increase diamond trade volume and enlarge diamond industry of Haikou IFTZ.
