In the morning of April 8, “International Gold & Jewelry Industrial Park Signing Ceremony” for Haikou IFTZ was held in Haikou Shangri-La Hotel. During this ceremony, Haikou Peace Base Industry Development Co., Ltd. entered into contracts with China Mining Investment Group Ltd. (CMIG), China Development Holdings Limited, TTF Haute Joaillerie, Shenzhen Cuilu Jewelry Group and Hainan Long Shining International Trading Co., Ltd.

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Zhang Baojun gave a welcome address, while Mr. Han Bin and Mr. Liu Hua delivered keynote speeches on development situation of Haikou IFTZ and relevant customs policy respectively.

Mr. Han Bin gave an address with a detailed introduction of Haikou IFTZ’s development and strategic objective. He said that International Gold & Jewelry Industrial Park of Haikou IFTZ faced a new development opportunity on this special day. Today leading enterprises of China Gold & Jewelry Industry joined hands with the company of Haikou IFTZ. This is a great leap for development of the Gold & Jewelry Industry in Haikou IFTZ.

Mr. Liu Hua said that the HPB’s Diamond Industrial Park of Haikou IFTZ is a key project enjoyed great support from Hainan Provincial Government, Haikou Municipal Government and Haikou IFTZ Administrative Committee, and our customs will further promote and implement “out-zone domestic processing” innovative policy, to expand in-zone productivity and greatly accelerate development of the diamond industrial park.

After the signing ceremony, the representatives present at the ceremony conducted an in-depth discussion on HPB’ International Gold & Jewelry Project and depicted a shared vision for further cooperation.
