On the morning of June 17, 2015, about 10 people’ s delegation of diamond and jewelry manufacturers from Panyu, Guangdong province came to Haikou Integrated Free Trade Zone to invetigate the diamond and jewelry project of the  Peace Base. Members of the delegation were interested in cooperating with Peace Base when they knew that  importing diamonds in Haikou Integrated Free Trade Zone  can be zero tax—same as Shanghai Diamond Exchange,  and a good news that the Peace Base had successfully passed the cross-border e-commerce test of  diamond exchange on May 28th.
