On February 5, 2015, Standing Committee of Hainan Provincial Party Committee and Executive Vice Governor         Mao Chaofeng  with other leaders came to HIFTZ to invetigat project of the Peace Base,  the International Commodities Exhibition Center,etc.  He required to make the existing diamond project better and stronger.

Accompanied leaders include Lin Tao, Deputy Secretary General of Provincial Government, Director of Provincial Development  and Reform Commission Lin Huifu, Director of Provincial Finance Department Liu Pingzhi,  Director of Provincial Commerce Department Ye Zhang, Chief of Haikou Customs Lv Hongwei,                      Chief of Hainan Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau Qian Baolong,                              Mayor of Haikou City Ni Qiang and Deputy Mayor Ju Lei.
