On December 8, Sitao Yang, Chengmai County Party Secretary, and his party visit HPB Project located in Haikou FTZ and hold an on-site seminar. Accompanied by HPB Board Chairman Baojun Zhang and Deputy GM Hao Wu, the delegation visits HPB processing factory and NGTC lab set up in HPB Multiple-use Building, and has an in-depth exchange of views with the technicians.

At the seminar, HPB Board Chairman Baojun Zhang gives an account of the progress of the HPB Project, the updates of Zuanxihui Store in Meilan Airport Duty-free Mall and business mode of conversion of "bonded goods" into "duty free goods", and encountered challenges of the Project such as civil air defense, treatment of wastewater generated during electroplating of jewelry processing.

Secretary Sitao Yang says, Chengmai County Committee has attached great importance to the problem of HPB civil air defense, and arranges Deputy Secretary Zhongmin Mo to follow through and settle the problem. Regarding the wastewater treatment, Sitao Yang also instructs relevant officers to follow up, and to install wastewater treatment pipelines within 5 days.

Secretary Yang’s visit solves the company's urgent problems that affect the Project and marketing so as to further pave the way for further development.
